The long awaited OSHA National Emphasis Program (NEP) has been launched. This new program will send inspectors to industries believed to be under-recording workplace injuries and illnesses. NEP will ascertain whether recent studies, which have ascertained an under-recording on OSHA 300 logs, are accurate and to correct any under-recorded or incorrectly recorded cases.
